The cover of Wintersmith has been posted on Terry's US website. It's
not up on Amazon yet. Link is
http://www.harpercollins.com/catalog/pratchett/site/books/li sting.asp
It's quite nice...but of course, I prefer the UK covers.

Tiff has lost her horse pendant? And suffers from a bone disease making her
arms curve? And why is that Mac Feegle lavender? Is he sick too?

On the lavenderness topic, I suspect those covers are scanned and
badly/not colour corrected. Either that, or the sheep on The Wee Free
Men is mint green. The Hat Full of Sky cover certainly doesn't match my
merkin edition.
Adjusting the colour on the Wintersmith cover so that the Feegle is
the correct colour results in Tiffany's arms looking less like boiled
lobster, too.

Amazon yet.

And the hair! It looks like a pre-raphaelite painting...minus the Mac
Feegle. :-)

Oh wow...that definitely did not come up on Amazon when I clicked
through to see the pre-order price yesterday. Apologies and all. :-)
BTW, another side note about the cover, the snow is not Tiffany-shaped.

Its better than most of the merkin covers I've seen. A lot better.
And thats an interesting exchange rate on that website... apparently
the book costs USD16.99... or CAD0.000000. I've got no canadian
dollars... I wonder where I can convert them...

Which quite coincidentally is exactly the price they are asking for.
